A super exciting business straddling tech start up / mobility subscription service is looking for a designer to help shape their brand and oversee all design and creative output across the business.

The low down:

The role will oversee all design and creative output across the business ultimately ensuring each touchpoint meets brand guidelines.

• Overseeing and evolving the brand identity across all touch-points
• Creatively direct all photographic and film content, including concept development, creator selection, art direction and basic retouch and layout
• Design email communications, static and gif advertising to run across social and online channels
• Manage the design and rollout across website and apps, partnering with developers where needed
• Develop social media concepts and oversee roll out
• Develop how the brand translates across new products, accessories and merchandise
• Developing ideas and taking them to test that supercharge business growth.

What we’re after:

Ultimately we’re hunting for raw, brilliant talent and:

• A graduate with experience in lifestyle, tech, fashion or sports from a high growth start up or leading agency
• Solid commercial work which shows your ability to work through multiple channels – especially digital and social
• A passion for design, creativity, culture and trends
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch or equivalent
• Experience in both digital and print design and production
  Collaborative, a good team player & happy to work autonomously and confident in expressing your thinking.
• Ultimately you’re ready to roll your sleeves up and do the best work of your career!
• Open to full time / 4 days p.w.
