We are looking for the very best senior designers to join our growing team. We have a wealth of exciting briefs from around the world and are looking to strengthen our team of designers with an experienced designer who has perfected their craft. Packaging experience is essential with preferably strong food and drinks experience, but not essential if you have a great portfolio in other areas. You will be a leading force in creating and developing concepts that uphold our ethos of being creatively rare and commercially right. Working as part of a close-knit team we are looking for someone who can inspire and bring the best out of others work with their knowledge, experience and skills.

We are open to remote workers from around the UK for this position.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a designer within an agency environment
• Packaging experience is essential, drinks experience preferred
• A creative and perfectly presented portfolio
• Strong communication skills and experience of working/leading others
• Talent for coming up with big ideas, always upholding our creatively rare, commercially right ethos.
