Art Fund is the UK’s national fundraising charity for art. Design and Production Manager
Location: King’s Cross, London
Contract length: 13 months
Salary: £35,000 per annum

This role is located at our King’s Cross office (2 Granary Square, London N1C 4BH), but we offer hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days based in the office for full time employees.

The role

We are looking for an experienced all-rounder for this full-time maternity cover. Working as a key-member of this small but busy in-house team you will be a confident communicator and planner – with a keen eye for detail and a natural when it comes to problem solving.

The ideal person will be someone who can both manage the overall trafficking /scheduling of workflow in the design team (on both a short and long term basis), whilst also being able to confidently handle relationships with printers and suppliers – making sure exacting standards are met and pulling upon proven prior experience in doing so.

A day in this role will be see you working with internal stake holders from across the organisation, scheduling and helping develop their briefs in line with Art fund’s brand guidelines and providing solutions to any blockers that may arise. You will also be managing the Asset co-ordinator role and onboarding freelancers alongside commissioning external suppliers to fulfil to support specific business needs.

Art Fund contributes 8% of the basic annual salary during the first six months of employment or until probation is successfully completed, whichever is the later. At that point the contribution is increased to 10%.
