We are Represent, a London-based recruitment agency working with the world’s best graphic designers, art directors, motion and digital designers, copywriters, project managers and more.

We are searching for an exceptional, diligent individual to serve as the Production Co-ordinator/Production Assistant for a leading international branding and design consultancy with offices in New York, Dubai and London.

The Production Coordinator should have a minimum of 2-5 years industry experience across various still and moving image productions and have developed a passion for excellence in their work. Collaborating with and supported by their Senior Producer, Director and Editor,  they will become an integral part of the team and will be trusted to ensure their shoots run smoothly and efficiently through accurate booking and communication with the team and suppliers. 

The individual will be organised, detail orientated, self motivated, a team player with great communication skills. You will be a motivated self-starter, conscientious, valuing excellence.  Reliable with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple tasks/assignments and with a passion for luxury, hospitality and real estate industries.
