What we’re looking for:

A superstar Creative Copywriter, full of ideas who is looking to develop both their conceptual and delivery skills on the professional stage; all for the greater good.

We would look for you to have a couple of years experience in agencies; smashing briefs, cutting your teeth on a range of B2B and B2C clients and getting exposure to all areas of the business. At F+H you’ll have plenty of opportunity to grow and develop under the watchful eye of our Creative Director. You should have some level of Client-facing experience as well as being confident in presenting, as we have a very hands-on approach for the whole team.

We’re looking for someone with a portfolio of interesting ideas that showcase your ability to think differently, contribute to the big-ideas as well as deliver well-crafted work on more day-to-day projects. We’re looking for someone with strength in copywriting and a real eye for detail, but ultimately we’re looking for a great creative thinker.

This is an important role for the agency as we continue to grow and will suit someone who can take on our own marketing and thought leadership copy as well as develop outstanding copy for our clients. It’s a huge opportunity for the right person to make an impact as we continue to grow. You must be super ambitious, full of energy and curious to learn but adaptable when required.

The right candidate will most likely be looking for their next opportunity, and must be full of energy and ready to knuckle down and make work happen.

Your core responsibilities will include:

Writing copy for our clients and our own brand, alongside other creatives and strategists.

Supporting and working with the Creative Director to devise through-the-line concepts and activations for clients old, new, and potential.

Taking complex concepts, finding the simple human truth, and creating copy that resonates with normal people.

Selected creative ownership, driving new opportunities and becoming the go-to for creative recommendations.

Formulating best practice examples and becoming a guardian of tone-of-voice.

Nice to haves:

1-2 years experience in an agency.

Solid experience of working across different sectors and channels.

Experience dealing with complex copy – finance or legal account ideal.

Both B2B and B2C experience is desirable.

Experience in writing copy for the agency’s own new business and marketing.

Have a keen interest in producing creative for Good.

Happy to work independently or as part of a team.

Excitement to take on new challenges every day, ready to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty when required.

Have great attention to detail.

You need to be a stickler for spelling and grammar.

A keen interest in social impact and sustainability.

Most importantly though, you’re a kind and nice person to work with.
