We are looking for someone with the attitude, ambition, flair, and ability to create designs that will wow our clients, drive our reputation, and initiate positive change to the planet, society and people.

Working in a small team, you will be the core force to drive the creative vision closely working with our company creative director and delivering top quality that matches the industry standard. We expect you’ll have at least three to five years of agency experience and be comfortable working in print and digital.

You’ll be experienced with concepts, ideas, and design solutions, from origination to final production. You’ll be comfortable reviewing the final design and artwork, presenting to clients, and giving design guidance to the team while working collaboratively with others in our team.

✦ ABOUT YOU

Are you an individual who aspires to lead rather than sit in silence? Passionate about your craft and tenacious in finding that perfect and impactful design solution? Excited about taking ownership of a project and thinking proactively about potential challenges and opportunities?

✦ EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

3-5 years of agency experience

Excellent conceptualisation/ideation, design and delivery capability

Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills

Solid understanding of design and branding in a commercial environment

Previous experience in package design for food and drinks will be a plus

The ability to understand and execute in 3D, 3D Motion or 2D Motion will be a plus
