We are looking for a talented Junior Designer with working experience across brand identity, communications, and excellent digital capabilities. An ambitious designer with roughly 1-3 years of industry experience.

We’re interested in meeting conceptual thinkers and creatives passionate about design.

• An eye for exceptional design
• Attention to detail
• A thorough understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud
• A basic understanding of UX/UI design
• A basic understanding of XD & After Effects
• A great communicator, able to explain and articulate their ideas
• A good eye for typography, colour, layout, and imagery and how to combine these elements to embody a brand’s personality, voice, and values.
• Comfortable working within a team and confident in taking part in meetings.

Interview Process:
We like to keep the interview process simple and informal. We want you to be at your best on the day.

Interview 1: We will ask you to talk about your experience and a couple of projects you love. We’d also like to know who you are and how you see the world. You can come to the studio at this stage, or we can talk via Zoom.

Interview 2: If you are asked back for a second interview. We will discuss the role and our aspirations. Out of preference, we would like this interview to be at our studio. Also, it is an excellent time for us and you to ask as many questions as possible.
