Me&him are looking for a digital designer to join the team. Our client list includes the likes of The Royal Family, the best independent schools in the UK, Toyota and Lexus, property developers in the US and local theatres. It’s deliberately diverse and interesting. Although based in Loughborough we are predominantly working remotely now except for occasional meet ups.

You will mainly be creating amazing website designs but occasionally you may be required to work on print, social media campaigns, email design… anything at all really.

We need someone who is superb at:

• Coming up with ideas and problem solving
• Creating exciting website designs that work equally well on every device
• Designing for a premium brand one day and a local theatre the next
• Creating social media themes and campaigns
• Creating email template designs and sometimes the content that goes in them
• Using either Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch
• Liaising with a team of developers to achieve a pixel perfect version of your design
• Questioning, absorbing and pushing any client brief to the max
• Managing your time so that everything still gets done and is still brilliant
• Communicating with clients across email, video calls, in person and even on the phone
• Presenting your work to your colleagues and clients
• Mucking in when it’s all hands to the pumps to get something done
• Going the extra mile because your pride demands it

You MUST:

• Be based in the UK (for those occasional meet-ups and seeing clients)
• Be looking for full-time work
• Be looking for a salary that matches or is less than the one advertised
• Have some agency experience
