The opportunity

We’re currently in a period of growth and are recruiting a new creative talent to join our team and help propel our offering through creativity and imagination. You’ll be an integral part of FB’s output; working closely within a creative collective who pride themselves on support and collaboration, fully aware that true success comes in numbers and that the best work is often achieved together. You’ll be working on accounts ranging from globally recognised brands to new start-ups, with each client/sector being as diverse as the next – versatility is key.

Who you are

You’re someone who is not only capable of great ideas and original concepts but you can also bring them to life, with your execution being just as considered as the idea itself. Your design is crafted and with an inherent eye for all the details. Because as you know, they matter.

We are a very strategically-led agency. You not only appreciate what insight comprehensive strategy can unlock, but you’re also able to digest it, translate it and express it into something original – whereby you’re not only answering the brief but reading between it and pushing what’s possible.

What you bring:

• Energy, passion and a genuine love for what you do
• Creativity that’s driven by substance, not trends
• A hands-on approach, getting involved in all aspects of the creative process
• A deep appreciation of typography and typesetting – and the importance they share
• Thorough knowledge of all the usual CC necessaries, with any knowledge of AE, PP and/or Cinema 4D being a big bonus
• A captivating portfolio that demonstrates your experience across a broad range of sectors
• 5+ years experience within a branding agency

At present, FB are operating a hybrid model of studio and WFH.
When not WFH, you’ll be required in our London office, although occasional
travel to our Warwickshire based studio will be expected, from time to time.
