Factory is working with a recently formed, branding agency built on big ideas. With a background in brand identity from market leading industry giants and a founding ethos to work with brands that do good, the work is a mix between brand identity creation, consumer branding, digital and brand world.
Culture is key and you will be confident in your ability, with a want to be a founding, vital member of a growing business. You’ll be excited about diverse projects and challenges and want to do good in the world, working with like minded brands. Exceptional on the job training will be given in this fledging agency and you’ll have the opportunity to work with the best and be right at the coalface.
Your work will show amazing ideas as well an incredible level of craft. You’ll have projects in your book that make people wish they’d come up with those ideas.. You’ll have around 3 – 5 years of big brand agency experience, be a self starter with a desire to challenge conventions.
