We’re recruiting on behalf of an independent creative agency with a reputation for designing truly innovative and remarkable identities, experiences and services for some of the World’s most interesting and successful brands.

This agency has a strong focus on producing meaningful work that is underpinned by substance and storytelling, that is functional but beautifully crafted. They are looking for an established Creative Director with a folio of inspirational work, who will champion creative excellence across the business and help them continue to deliver outstanding work.

This is an integral leadership role and our ideal candidate will have the opportunity to set the vision for key client projects, inspiring a talented and multi-disciplined team to reach the highest levels of creative excellence and deliver work everyone is proud of and that continues to strengthen the agency’s reputation.

We’re looking for someone who has a strong background in branding and visual communication. A credible and inspirational creative who is passionate about big ideas and storytelling and enjoys developing concepts through to successful outcomes. You’ll need to show strong signs of being able to think beyond 2D through work and projects that include digital, environmental and brand experience elements as well as core branding and VIS. And we’d expect to see work that feels fresh, exciting and progressive.

As well as building stronger relationships with existing clients you’ll also be confident using your creative network, contacts and reputation to generate and attract new ones. This is a highly collaborative studio so whilst we’re looking for a natural leader with a strong vision you’ll need to have an inclusive and nurturing management style.

  • Is an established CD with deep experience in branding.
  • Understands strategy, champions creativity and naturally pulls all the considerations of a project together to deliver a successful outcome.
  • Can show work that feels exciting, fresh and progressive.
  • Is comfortable working across different disciplines, formats and brands.
  • Has a collaborative and inclusive approach which encourages everyone to produce their best possible work.
