Exciting and innovative interiors agency seeks a campaign led marketing manager to join their new business team.
This is a hugely successful and forward -thinking business championing wellbeing, diversity and community.
The Role
This role is focused around specific new business engagement with targeted clients and we are looking for a marketing manager with strategic experience in campaign planning and end to end campaign management and execution.
Working closely with the business development and creative teams you will lead the planning, development and delivery of set targeted campaigns to reach and engage with specific client accounts. You’ll take ownership of direct marketing strategies combining research, insight, and creativity to identify targets, shape bespoke outreach plans, and drive meaningful engagement over time. Leading and managing set multi -channel campaigns you’ll ensure compelling and considered content and successful engagement consistently tracking performance.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience (5-8+ years) in a marketing role with a strong track record of planning and executing successful multi-channel campaigns
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital analytics tools.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, project management, communication (written and verbal), problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage stakeholders, and influence decision-making effectively.
- Proven ability to generate compelling campaign ideas and craft engaging copy that resonates with target audiences, consistently aligned with brand tone of voice.
- Strong visual judgement with an eye for high-quality design; able to create or oversee content that meets brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is desirable.
