Award-winning creative agency is looking for an experienced creative director to help set new standards for creative output and to constantly explore the edges of what design at the agency can be.

As creative director, you will bring breadth and depth to the term creative. You’ll have infectious energy and enthusiasm for design and its impact on businesses. You’ll set the creative ambition for your clients blending bold ideas and visionary aesthetics with your own sharp strategic thinking.

The ideal candidate will be a fierce collaborator able to blend your thinking with other creative disciplines or jamming with strategic minds getting to the heart of research, spotting opportunities in business plans, or nailing a brand idea.
You’ll have an awesome design and brand portfolio and your craft will be clearly visible.
Finally, you’ll be someone who’s fantastic with clients (from the front line to the board room) and confident enough to mix it with the management team.

The Creative Director will need to be strategic.

You originate sharp and ambitious thinking that speaks directly to clients’ business goals. You lead the charge with brand positioning and build big bold brand platforms that unlock creativity in tandem with our senior strategists.

The Creative Director will need to be adaptable.

The agency work with every scale of the client, from global super-brands needing to shift to hungry founders looking for focus. Ideally you have experience building and growing longer-term relationships as well as setting up, bedding in and driving shorter-term sprint projects.

The Creative Director will need to have a great EQ.

You’ll be asked to guide the development of a number of team members throughout the year and at key milestone points. You’ll be experienced in building teams around projects, adapting them when new shapes for newly shaped holes are required.
