Who you are
You are an experienced mid-weight designer with a drive for bringing big ideas to life in a digital space. You have 3-5 years experience behind you, with a strong folio of effective, original work over a range of projects with a significant digital focus.

Your design is all about the end user, championing UX thought processes when solving challenges of a brief and using big ideas to drive brilliant experiences. You embrace and understand the importance of both creative and systemic thinking in your work.

You are comfortable working as part of a focused creative team, striving to bring fresh energy, thinking and craft in order to answer a brief and execute beautiful work that pushes the brands of tomorrow forward.

Your skills

  • High-level skills in the latest Adobe Creative Suite, as well as Figma and Sketch.
  • Organised – you’ve got the ability to self-manage, flex to different types of clients and maintain responsibility to ensure projects run smoothly.
  • Strong people skills – Comfortable working as a team and confident to take part in workshops and interactions with clients.
  • Confident in presenting your ideas clearly – both internally and externally.
  • A passion to develop, learn and grow.
  • Digital design principles and best practices come naturally to you.
  • An interest in and vocabulary around the world of contemporary leisure and hospitality world is advantageous.
  • Experience in motion/animation and advanced prototyping tools (Principle) are desirable.
  • Whilst the position is hybrid remote, we value and encourage in-person collaboration. Applicants must live a commutable distance to central London.
