The Opportunity

(6-month contract with potential for permanent position)

As a Midweight Graphic Designer, you’ll enjoy significant creative freedom alongside opportunities for growth and development. You will work across various mediums, including brochures, signage, digital and print advertising, marketing campaigns, hoarding, coffee table books, and branding collateral for ad-hoc events. You will support Senior Graphic Designers and collaborate with London’s top design agencies. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on individual to contribute to and build upon an already well-regarded brand.


  • Consistency: Ensure a seamless experience between onsite and offsite touchpoints.
  • Project Management: Proactively and efficiently manage creative projects to meet tight deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving: Adopt a “let’s do it” attitude, finding solutions to push projects to completion.
  • Ownership: Take full responsibility for projects from concept to final implementation, maintaining high design standards.
  • Creativity: Think creatively and execute ideas brilliantly across visual identity, print, typography, and layout.
  • Digital Content: Develop and produce digital brochures and compelling still and moving content for social media campaigns.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Branding Enthusiast: Passionate about branding, especially within the context of places and the built environment.
  • Creative Flair: Skilled in typography, imagery, layout, and motion.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Premier Pro, and print production processes with digital outcome capabilities.
  • Detail-Oriented: Impeccable attention to detail and a strong understanding of current design trends and typography.
  • Content Creation: Experienced in image sourcing, stock selection, and preparation for various formats.
  • Project Involvement: Assist in the art and creative direction of new building launches, sales collateral, and campaign content, including film, photography, CGIs, styling, storyboarding, and agency briefings.
  • Print and Digital Design: Design and produce print materials (planbooks, brochures, give-aways) and advertising assets for multiple touchpoints, both print and digital.
  • Event Materials: Create materials for UK and overseas events.
  • Sales Collateral: Design and produce sales collateral, including stationery and corporate presentations and tenders.
