Role Overview:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and self-driven Digital Marketing Designer to grow your career within the luxury menswear market.
Being an in-house marketing designer, this role is perfect for someone who takes the initiative, pushes themselves creatively and gets passionate about seeing that brand come to life. You will be part of the website & brand team working on designing and delivery of digital assets. You will have excellent design & art direction skills and eye for layouts and digital trends.

This is an exciting opportunity to utilise your wide range of skills across all facets of digital design:

  • Digital Advert Design
  • Design powerful digital adverts
  • For paid social (FB/IG): creatives for all placements, e.g. feed, collection, motions pr carousels
  • PPC (Google) channels: creatives and display, static/ HTML5
  • Other paid channels creatives to be developed, such as pinterest, taboola, outbrain
  • Conduct continual analysis of competitor activity both onsite and across digital marketing channels, always staying up to date with key market trends
  • Together with performance marketing, continuously define and conduct tests to find out which type creatives work best for the different audiences
  • Design an advertising journey for the user from a creative point of view

Digital Website Content:

  • Support in creation of website assets & banners
  • Retouching website ecom images
  • Image colour correction, cloning and healing, labelling, resizing, and formatting ecommerce images
  • Support website team with with e-commerce image management
  • Customer Email engagement
  • Creative design of email newsletters and regular customer emails
  • Define a creative and engagement strategy for customer journey post purchase (email and sms)

Video Editing:

  • Motion graphics & colour correction with a contemporary aesthetic for the luxury sector
  • Ability to edit video across various platforms from social & website

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of professional experience as a graphic, visual, brand, or marketing designer across both digital and print
  • Experience generating content for a fashion/luxury brand, preferably menswear
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere & After Effects)
  • Skilled designing/animating for paid media (Social + Motion Graphic Ads).
  • Strong sense of design principles, typography, layout, attention to detail, and conceptual skills
  • Ability to design & edit videos /motion graphics
  • Exposure to Shopify Platform as an advantage
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality & a consistently high level of attention to detail
  • Strategic thinking and passion for storytelling
  • Excellent retouching skills & colour correction
  • Print packaging bonus
  • Demonstrate a passion for and understanding of the Luca Faloni to help build the brand personality
