A corporate communications agency working across branding, print and digital is looking to expand their Client Services team.

The facts:
This agency is highly regarded within the field of corporate communications and you’ll sit within a dedicated client team. You will work alongside creatives too, managing a wide spectrum of deliverables covering branding, film, investor communications and annual reports for international brands.

Day to day you’ll communicate with clients, attending to their needs and being proactive in gaining an understanding of their expectations and any challenges that may arise. You ask appropriate questions and have the ability to read a room. You will also help to write client briefs and make sure that everyone is supplied with the information they need, all with the aim to deliver excellent client service.

You’ll have:

  • Considerable Account Management experience
  • Previously worked in a corporate comms agency setting
  • Both print and digital reporting experience would be useful
  • An appetite for business
  • Strong communication skills
