You’ll be onboard to drive three key areas:

  • Digital Product Design
  • Customer Experience
  • Brand

You’ll be helping your team envisage the best product for the market. Ensuring the craft and UX considerations do not stop in the digital realm, but are carried over to every single touchpoint with their users. And constantly helping to shape and evolve their brand.

Working alongside the existing Heads of Tech and Product, and reporting in directly to their CEO, you’ll be front and centre during this exciting period of growth.

One of the first tasks will be to build your own team of designers, so you can shape your team in a way that best matches your skillset and vision.

So what are they looking for from you?

  • You are a designer at heart, who is confident applying design principles across a variety of channels and mediums. They don’t need you don’t need to be an expert on every single channel (they have incredibly talented specialised teams to help you out with the details), however you should be able to set up a vision and drive it.
  • You’ll have experience managing and mentoring teams in an agile product development environment.
  • You have strong interaction and visual design skills, and are capable of guiding the team through the digital design process.
  • You are a passionate designer always striving to craft innovative experiences capable of solving problems while delivering to excite their users.
