We’re working with a unique and innovative brand, focused on making a positive difference in people’s lives, to find an established Design Manager who is excited about changing the way people think, feel and behave through creative solutions.

This is a great opportunity for an established Writer looking for a new challenge. You’ll have the opportunity to work on behavioural change products, programs and solutions for a huge range of global clients and different brands. A lot of the creative output is focused on campaigns that spark engagement and encourage participation so our ideal candidate will need significant experience developing thoughtful and impactful concepts for campaigns that are activated across multiple touchpoints, including digital.

Working in a collaborative way with the design team you’ll supply the ideas and language for campaigns that build excitement, raise awareness and change behaviour. We’re looking for someone who is great at crafting attention-grabbing headlines, copy that explains with clarity and CTAs that create urgency. This person will also be responsible for the day to day written output of the creative team, editing and rewriting content and ensuring a consistent TOV across all communications.

Our ideal candidate:

Is an experienced and confident Copywriter with a natural flair for delivering persuasive copy for creative campaigns.

Will be equally comfortable writing headlines as they are editing, checking and rewriting longer content.

Has previously written for a variety of brands and audiences with successful outcomes and results.

Has immaculate attention to detail and flawless grammar and spelling.

Enjoys working with designers and other creatives to achieve the best outcomes.
