THE ROLE

Hamilton-Brown has a well-established Graduate programme, with many of our current Senior Designers having started their careers at Hamilton-Brown as Graduates. We look for the brightest, most creative talent and offer a comprehensive training programme covering the use of Microsoft Office Suite for Graphic Design, Google Slides, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, in addition to providing training in interactive documents and digital platforms (PDF, Ceros, Foleon, WordPress and After Effects). Our training programme also encompasses customer service skills training and the Quality Review process. We are looking for Graduates who want to fast track their career within the graphic design industry.

The initial training will be classroom based, led by our in-house Training Manager, and will take place in the Training Room of our Farringdon Studio, based in Central London. After the initial training period you will be mentored by a Senior Designer who will support your transition from a Trainee to a Junior Designer and during this time you will be allocated a client team which will involve working as part of a small in-house team within our client’ offices, or from one of our studios based in London and Bristol. After an initial period (approximately four months) you will have the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis, splitting your time between working from home and working in one of our studios or client’s offices (depending on which team you have been allocated).
