We have received a brief for a Creative Lead to work in-house for a tech company in London.
The company are just about to embark on a rebrand using one of the top branding agencies in London
They are doing really well having recently been valued at $1 billion. They are growing rapidly, currently at 220 people but expecting to be at 400 people by next year.
They offer an incredible financial package – a potential 6 figure equity stake in the company is likely to be offered which they have said at current projection rate could be worth 20 times higher in the coming years.
The idea will be for this person to report directly into the Head of Brand and Content. With the projected growth rate of this company, it’s very likely that this role will take on a more senior role in the coming years helping to build the creative team within the company.
The headquarters are in Old Street in London but they also have offices in Tokyo and New York. and they are planning on expanding the company into the Asia Pacific region in the coming years.
They are looking for someone that will help roll out the new brand being developed across multiple touchpoints such as events, digital ad campaigns, websites, sales material, videos etc.
