The role:
We’re looking for a talented Junior Designer ready to contribute to our evolving business. The Junior Designer will be responsible for the design and production of digital assets for member agencies and general Creativebrief materials. The ideal candidate will produce work to the highest standards, and have a keen eye for detail. Finally, they will have a curious mind, a real interest in the world of marketing communications and a proven desire to make a big difference to an ambitious business.

In detail:

  • Designing and building of online agency case studies
  • Helping with the development and future changes of
  • Production of video and promotional content for events
  • Creation of assets for online articles and social media
  • Building HTML emails and managing contact lists using HubSpot CRM system
  • Provide technical support for our members

Essential requirements:

  • BA in graphic design (or similar) but alternative high quality design training will be considered
  • 1 year real-world experience such as internships or previous employment
  • Exceptional communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal
  • Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Team player that can also work well independently
  • Good knowledge of typography, grid systems, layout, colour theory and why they are important
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and Sketch for online design
  • HTML and CSS experience
  • Have an interest in user experience and user research

Desirable skills:

  • Video editing & animation skills specifically Adobe After Effects and Premier Pro
  • Knowledge of HubSpot CRM
  • Experience with working with online content editors
  • Design for print, specifically using Adobe InDesign
