The agency directs and creates internal communications at all levels (from boardroom to shop floor, digital to live events), to tell a business story for clients across many different sectors.

This will suit a Senior Designer or Design Director who is a confident and clear presenter and is able to talk to clients all the way up to CEO level.

The facts

A client-facing and customer-centric role, your ideas need to be relevant, robust and most importantly, campaignable. You should be able to see employees of all levels, engaging with the idea, taking it to their hearts and developing a better understanding of the overall purpose of their work and the business that they’re in.

You will be surrounded by some seriously smart people in a small design team through the creation of graphic design (for websites, print materials etc), film, video, motion graphics. The output will be broad and varied, but bespoke according to the message. You’ll get the chance to work on large campaigns for known brands and be able to express the challenging and thought-provoking methods of design to non-design minds.

This role needs a confident and clear speaking Lead Creative who can explain the importance of each design piece to clients in a way that makes them excited and immediately want to start rolling out the creative output across their companies. You’ll also be helping direct members of your own team with the opportunity to hire the right creative talent to excel this agency forward. If you just want to ‘do’ graphic design and nothing else, this role isn’t for you.
