Pablo is an independent agency of around 60 people looking to make a real difference creatively, in our industry and in the wider-world. We’re relatively young – we were launched in 2015 – but we’re hugely ambitious, and were recently named the third best independent ad agency in the UK.

Our design department has always been at the heart of everything good we do, and as a creative department we’ve made it our goal to only bring in people that add something different to our team, whether that be skillset, personality or point of view.

After numerous recent pitch wins, we’re looking for a middle-weight designer to come in and join the team.

The role entails:

Working under the direction of Creatives and senior designers to create great print and digital advertising, branding and creative presentations.

Eligible candidates needs to:
Have strong typographic skills, beautiful design aesthetic and an eye for detail.

Have a portfolio demonstrating good all round design ability, including a range from key visuals to web banners to social content.

Understand how to create media to the relative specifications (knowing the difference between an A0 poster and an MPU, and working to those specs).

Have an excellent working knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.

Be a good communicator: written, verbal and graphical

Be self-motivated as well as team orientated

Have a huge amount of pride and passion for the work that they do

Be able to work in a fast paced environment

Ideally someone who can draw/scamp

Essential software skills:

Bonus Skills:
