We’re working on behalf of an in-house creative studio, with ambitious plans for the year ahead, to find an established Middleweight Designer who can add significant value to the team.

Working across a range of projects for the retail brand portfolio, this team’s creative output is varied and diverse. They work at an efficient pace to generate and develop creative solutions for cross functional departments and different areas of the business, delivering a mix of BAU and project specific work.

We’re looking for an experienced and ambitious Designer to help elevate the brand across all channels and communications, keeping the customer experience central to every piece of work you produce. This person will have the opportunity to create all types of design experiences including, emails, direct marketing, advertising campaigns, social media, digital ads and internal communications. You’ll be involved in brainstorming creative concepts with the team and take responsibility for the day to day delivery of design projects. The role would really suit someone with strong integrated experience who has a proven track record of developing and improving customer communications within existing brand guidelines.

You’ll have the opportunity to work with a team who share core values and feel inspired by the brand mission to make change happen through impactful design.

Our ideal candidate:

An established Middle-weight Designer with strong integrated experience, demonstrated in an impressive folio of work.

Has impeccable technical skills. Is fluent in Adobe software and might have had some exposure to After Effects and Figma.

Can be conceptual but is equally delivery focused and happy to work on daily design tasks that require exceptional attention to detail.

Can work to pace and problem solve in a calm and reassuring way.

Is confident explaining design rationale and present ideas.
