Who are we?

On a mission to create objects of ‘soul and purpose’, Bennett Winch launched in 2014 and is known for fusing a timeless, understated aesthetic with truly innovative product design. Handmade in England using traditional techniques and the highest quality materials, our luggage and accessories are aimed at a new breed of discerning minimalists; those who understand that if you buy well you need only buy once.

Our sole focus is to create the products we can’t find. Too often brands will solve a functional need at the detriment of a product’s aesthetic or vice versa. Our brief is always to create completely
uncompromised products that perform like no other.

We are not driven by seasonal trends or fashion, inspired instead by objects of soul and purpose, built to last a lifetime and age with grace. We are not Apple, who design in product-obsolescence to
drive consumption. We believe that every product is an extension of the customer and their core values.

We operate on a skeleton crew of like-minded and trusted talent. We believe that creativity conquers all and are never blinded by the bright lights of big agency, in fact, we oppose them. We do the work
ourselves; design the products, shoot the campaigns, score the music and write the script in a restless pursuit of perfection.

The Role:

We are looking for a talented graphic designer with a digital-first approach and a desire to work on a Brand that is step-changing both in terms of product innovation and how this is marketed.

Although a freelance role (for now) we are looking for someone who understands and buys into our philosophy and vision and becomes a part of the team.

You will be working with our Design Director and Co-Founder on the following type of tasks:

  • Creation of organic and paid social assets (mainly FB & IG) – Mainly static images but someone with video editing skills would be a big plus. This will be the main part of the role so experience in the various formats required and understanding of what works well / doesn’t is key
  • Creation of GDN banners in various formats, updating regularly
  • Re-purposing / re-sizing print adverts for different publications
  • Creation of assets for website updates – home banners, product page tweaks, journal posts e.t.c
  • Creation of campaign/flow emails – Experience on Klaviyo preferred but not essential.
  • Creation of other adhock marketing materials both print and online

Days per week:

At present, the role will be a minimum 1/2 days a week but we would ideally need someone who is able to provide additional support through busy weeks/months. This role will eventually need to be full-time as we scale up so while it should not prevent you from applying at all if you are not looking for this, it would obviously save us time if we find the right person who can gradually grow with us.


We are based in London, and our Flagship store is in Mayfair. This doesn’t mean the applicant needs to be based here, but being in a similar time zone would be preferred so we can get in touch with you during the working day, and urgent tasks can be turned around quickly.
