This agency directs and creates internal communications at all levels (from boardroom to shop floor, digital to live events), to tell a business story for clients across many different sectors.

This will suit a Senior Designer and thinker that has a folio with creative, robust and campaignable ideas.

The facts:

In this client facing role your ideas need to be relevant, robust and most importantly, campaignable. You should be able to see employees of all levels, engaging with the idea, taking it to their hearts and developing a better understanding of the overall purpose of their work and the business that they’re in.

You will be surrounded by some seriously smart people in a small design team through the creation of graphic design (for websites, print materials etc), film, video, motion graphics. The output will be broad and varied, but bespoke according to the message. You should live for content, working on large campaigns and being able to express the challenging and thought-provoking methods of design to non-design minds.

This agency likes designers that have broad interests and want to get involved in all aspects of communication – right down to production. If you just want to ‘do’ graphic design and nothing else, this role isn’t for you.

You will have around 5-10 years experience already demonstrating your own initiative to establish and develop a brief.
