We are looking for a new Senior Designer to join our lively in-house creative team, expanding due to company success and growth. The role sits alongside Designers, Photographer, Retoucher, Creative Copywriter and Head of Design, within a fast-growing consumer led e-commerce business.

The role:

As Senior Graphic Designer you’ll enjoy working with multiple brands, bringing fresh ideas to the table, and developing print and digital designs across all touchpoints. Working closely with the Head of Design and wider Creative Team, this role will lead brand identity development, day-to-day graphic design and manage visuals outcomes produced by the team.

You’ll support and manage less experienced members of the team, sharing knowledge, technical skills, and best practice. You’ll jump in to art direct and oversee photoshoots, use your experience of creative problem solving to develop exciting concepts into refined, compelling design solutions, and push design possibilities forwards, always eager to develop and learn new skills along the way.

The ideal candidate:

Perhaps you’re a creative and confident entry-level Senior Designer with some mentoring under your belt and looking for the next challenge, or you might be a well seasoned Senior, with proven line management responsibilities to more junior members of the team. Either way, we’d love to hear from you.

Our ideal candidate will have experience working in-house or agency-side, some FMCG experience, ideally an e-commerce background. There are extra brownie points for those who’ve worked with Amazon, eBay or Shopify. Print and production processes, as well as artworking best practice, will stand you in good stead for this role.

We’re looking for impeccable skills with Adobe CC, excellent knowledge of visual design theory, a confident presenter, a team player, an organised and efficient individual with a positive can-do attitude.
