The Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly creative and skilled Mid-weight Designer with 3+ years creative agency experience to join our growing team.

Sirman & Lee are based across the UK in Kent, Essex and Oxford. We have a varied range of clients and specialise in websites and branding. The role would require an individual that can work from our Essex Office in Shenfield when required as well as the ability to work from home.

Skills and Experience:

• Experience in working with digital as well as print applications
• Proficient in working with the Adobe Creative Suite, especially XD, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Good understanding and sense of typography
• Good understanding and sense for colour theory
• Good understanding and sense of page layout
• An understanding of HTML and CSS
• Good communication skills
• Strong eye for detail
• Comfortable in exploring additional software from independent developers such as Figma and Sketch etc.
• Excellent organisational, communication and presentation skills
• Experience implementing brand guidelines and brand positioning
• Desire to be a key player in a small team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contributing to creative meetings and sharing ideas
• Taking and running with a brief
• Working with and reporting to the Lead Creative on projects
• Ability to work solo or within a team depending on the size of the project
• Artworking existing creative ready for print.

Salary expectations around £25-30k depending on experience.

The initial contract is for six months, with the view to a permanent extension should this probation period be successful.
