A successful B2B creative consultancy with an impressive client list of blue chip brands, is looking for a Studio Traffic Co-ordinator.

The facts:

The consultancy creates programmes tailored to its clients’ needs, combining executive coaching, strategic communications, leadership development, change management, employee engagement, learning and organisational development.

These programmes are designed and managed by a small group of internal consultants, and implemented by a multi-disciplined team of creatives and content producers; from business writers and facilitators to film-makers and event producers.

This role is to support these specialists in the creation and delivery of these client programmes as well as the day to day traffic management of the team and any additional freelance help that may be required from time to time.

You’ll have proven experience in a studio environment (at least two years’ experience) and will have supported multi-disciplinary teams on projects including graphic design, film, live event, print production, translation and delivery. You must have experience of traffic management and resourcing of teams.

You’ll be involved in all aspects of project support including contracting freelancers and suppliers, the co-ordination of interviews and coaching sessions, tracking of budgets and expenses, the preparation of key printed materials and distribution as well as overseeing the studio space (ensuring the environment and equipment is maintained and that team resources are used effectively).
