You understand digital platforms; you know how they operate and how to maximise potential. Your projects will be brand, websites, interactive and content marketing (with the best in content). You have strong core graphic design skills with beautiful typography, and you can create beautiful identities too. So, while you will be designing wholly for digital launch, your web design experience sits in a folio that demonstrates strong concepts and solid brand experience. With a truly collaborative team, you’ll be a good story teller and you are able to cut to the heart of the brief.

You will be the go-to for all things digital. You will guide designers and step in to lead by example at key moments in the process.

You’ll have:
– A minimum of 3-5 years of design leadership experience; you are used to guiding designers and they enjoy learning from you.
– A proven ability to lead, but you’ll be keen to get your hands filthy with the rest of the team, tackling everything from websites to motion, animation, film, videos, identities, campaigns – pretty much everything – and you’ll need to be fun to be around whilst you do it.
