A well-respected food retailer requires a Mid-Senior Designer to work with them across the full range of their brand collateral.
Our client’s business sits in the retail sector, specifically artisan food & baking. Reporting in to the Head of Marketing, you’ll be the sole designer within a tight-knit team. This role offers the opportunity to really own the brand identity; you’ll work across a full range of outputs from POS, website, packaging, photography & digital content.
To be successful in this role you’ll need to have a strategic understanding of how graphic design can help solve brand problems. Your style of work should draw from the world of independents and not highly produced big brands. You will also need to be confident in presenting ideas to agency partners and end users.
This is a brilliant role for someone who appreciates clean, elegant design and would relish the opportunity to harness the full visual expression of the brand.
– Ideally 4+ years’ experience in a similar role
– Fantastic typography skills and brilliant design craftsmanship, evidenced by a beautiful portfolio
– Previously worked on projects rooted in the hospitality and/or luxury sectors (though this isn’t strictly essential)
– Great multitasking abilities
