We are looking for a digital marketer with a minimum of 5 years experience, who will lead, define and execute a growth strategy for a new digital product in the fitness sector (a young brand enjoying huge success with significant b2c takeup).

The facts:

The brand is entering a period where it is looking to maximise subscriptions. This is the first marketing hire, so you will be strategic as well as happy to execute (in fact you enjoy being close to the outcome).

You will understand paid social media marketing across all channels and love planning. You will be managing a marketing budget and will be keen to identify new social channels to run campaigns and maximise uptake of product. You can evidence strong digital acquisition experience for a fast paced brand.

You will work closely with the founders, the Creative Director and the product team (around 15 in total) to create campaigns, analyse data and customer behaviour. You will also have email marketing experience and can comfortably manage the whole process from set up to problem solving. You will also need to have enough understanding of SEO to make sure the website functions and bring the results the brand is looking for.

Salary – £55 – £70k (depending on experience), London. FTC – 6 months temp to perm.
