We’re Anything. A digital design and development agency based in Manchester. We’re a diverse bunch of planners, thinkers, creators and makers working with a mix of small start-ups, global brands and everyone in between. Since the beginning we’ve been dedicated to pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in the digital world, and we’re really excited to expand our expertise and our team further to deliver outstanding creative insight and design solutions to our clients old and new.

The opportunity:

We’re looking for a passionate and positive Junior Designer to work alongside our Lead Designer delivering well researched and well executed creative in response to all kinds of briefs, from fearless website design to meticulous brand guidelines. The ideal candidate will either be a recent graduate or someone with a year or 2 experience under their belt. They will have an equal interest in brand design and digital design, they must have a strong portfolio to demonstrate their skills and they must have a good working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign – Sketch and After Effects would be a plus but not a deal breaker.

You’ll need:

• To be comfortable in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign (Sketch and After Effects are a bonus)
• An interest in both brand design and digital design
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively
• To be naturally motivated, enthusiastic and eager to learn
• A strong desire to get stuck in, try new things and challenge expectations
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

Working routine:

In light of the evolving COVID-19 circumstances, we will predominantly be working remotely with the option to work occasional days in the office if necessary (this would be on a rota basis following strict government guidelines), as the health and wellbeing of our team and others remains top priority. We will continue to regularly review governmental guidance and update relevant candidates on changes that might occur.

For now, you can expect daily call check-ins with our team to touch base with ongoing workload and priorities, plus our lead designer will always be available for sporadic catch ups and calls throughout the day offering support and guidance wherever possible.
