We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading online retailer to find a talented Senior Designer who will provide leadership and creative support across their three core brands.

This is a great opportunity for an established Senior to take the lead on some exciting brand communication projects across a wide range of channels and formats. The role would suit someone who is confident concepting, designing and presenting highly creative and commercially impactful solutions that connect with customers and enhance the overall brand experience.

This person would take on brand guardianship responsibilities, ensuring that all work produced is highly creative and original, has a clear design rationale and is aligned with brand guidelines. It will be important to understand and meet wider business objectives, liaising with multiple internal and external stakeholders and advising on how creative can help achieve the best results.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Has significant experience and an in-depth knowledge of design practices, techniques and software.
  • Can show an impressive and engaging folio of design work including multi-channel campaigns.
  • Is comfortable and confident leading projects, reviewing and presenting work and working collaboratively with other areas of the business.
  • Will need to have previous experience working with retail, lifestyle or FMCG brands.
  • Has a strong level of commercial awareness that underpins successful design solutions and outcomes.
