French speaking residential interior designer/technician

Chartwell Group are recruiting for a French speaking residential interior designer/ CAD Technician to join their Mayfair Team.

– Luxury residential property projects based in the UK & Europe.
– Chartwell is a small international family business specialising in design and construction.
– Mayfair office, with elements of travel throughout Europe.
– Immediate start – Full time – PAYE or Contract – Flexible.

Experience required in:
AutoCAD
InDesign
Photoshop
Excel Spreadsheets
Google Drive (not essential)

Tasks include:
Editing existing drawings
Rendered floor plans
Presentations via InDesign
Design concepts
Schedules
Purchasing FF&E
Liaise and communicate with external professionals

Confident in:
Team player.
Ability to manage own workload within agreed time scales.
English and French speaking and writing.
Communication and organisational skills.
Working to tight deadlines.
Working within set budgets.

Working in a small design team, this is a job that someone will be able to grow and develop in.

Price Range £30- 45K – PAYE or Contract – Flexible
