The Education Division (EDUK) provides books and resources across Primary, Secondary, Trade and Children’s markets, both for the UK and for customers around the world. We are passionately committed to our mission to educate and inspire.


This is an exciting new opportunity for a highly talented, creative and motivated individual to join our Secondary Design team as a Senior Designer, working on a wide range of print and digital product for the Secondary and International Education markets.

Responsibilities will include producing high quality design for print and digital delivery, commissioning illustration and other visual content, managing external design and typesetting suppliers, producing high impact series identity for use in product and marketing, budget and schedule management of a list of titles.


You must be a creative thinker with a proven track record for producing first-class designs in Secondary Educational Publishing, as well as having strong typographic and layout skills as demonstrated in a portfolio of work. You must have full knowledge of the design process, and be fully proficient in Adobe CC. You will have excellent communication skills, as well as good organisation and time-management skills. Experience of XML workflow would be an advantage.
