The role
We’re looking for an exceptional Hybrid Creative to join us in our exciting integrated agency in Soho. We’re looking for someone who is a pure blend of design and art direction. We have a diverse portfolio of clients including luxury goods, film, travel, retail, charity, property and public sector.

Now You…

Role requirements:
You’ll need to respond to varied briefs and deliver highly engaging creative work across a variety of disciplines, from branding to ad campaigns, websites to brochures.
Work collaboratively with our team of hybrid creatives to bring your ideas to life.
You will be expected to lead on projects and take your ideas from concept right through to execution.
Lead photo shoots/film shoots for your own campaigns.
You will need to help our account teams scope ideas and work proactively to manage your own time and deadlines.
There will be lots of face time with all of our clients, so the ability to support that relationship is vital.
Be required to use your own initiative and work independently.

You:
Are a true hybrid creative – A hands-on conceptual creative with a great eye.
You’ll be a strong designer, comfortable designing across all formats – digital and offline.
Plus, be a fabulous art director with strong creative vision and flair. You’ll have years of experience developing creative concepts to directing film shoots under your belt.
Have a background in graphic design. And have an in-depth understanding of design, layout and typography.
Are highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch, with a focus on InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
Have experience working on a variety of briefs in a fast paced agency setting.
Need to be able to conceptualise and visualise to an excellent standard.
Are enthusiastic, eager to learn and unafraid to do things differently.
Are a strategic thinker and creative storyteller.
Are a problem solver who thrives on cracking a clients brief.
Are an eager self-starter with strong organisation skills.
Are a strong and persuasive presenter. You relish the opportunity to present the ‘big idea’ – and you’re not afraid to push back when needed.
Are a keen collaborator. You’ll thrive when working with our team of hybrids, be that a Junior Designer, or Senior writer.
Will have excellent attention to detail and have very high standards.
Want to help share your knowledge with junior designers.
Should have your finger on the pulse of emerging design trends and an interest in the advertising industry.

Must haves:
A broad portfolio of work that demonstrates your true hybrid talent.
At least 5 years agency experience.
BA degree or similar in Graphic Design or Advertising.

Nice to haves:
Experience working in After Effects would be a real bonus.
Experience working for property clients, as we have a few.
