We’re looking for a great Creative Consultant for our team here at Agency Bell, a small, super busy recruitment business that works with branding, design and communications clients.

The facts:
Our agency is organised into client service and design teams and has a strong focus on talent management. We are consultancy driven and client led. This role is part of the design desk and you’ll be joining an established team of consultants that work collaboratively. The essence of the role is to help our clients find the right designers – from junior to the most senior levels – for their specific needs, so you’ll need to have a great eye for a good portfolio and be able to tell what type of design works where.

We are not hugely process heavy, but you’ll need to be able to adapt to an established and collaborative workflow. You’ll be managing your own workload in a desire to generate new business and develop client relationships. You’ll be aiming to solve what can be complex problems with a proactive and agile approach. We love talking to our clients and try to learn as much about the bigger picture we can, so you will enjoy picking up the phone and asking questions – in an unobtrusive and super pleasant way of course.

Day to day, you’ll be putting candidates forward for roles, while also representing Agency Bell in client communications and meetings. Boundless curiosity about people and design would need to be a given.
We are largely ex-agency people who know the industry really well, and we feel that this really sets us apart. So we’d ideally be looking for someone that’s from a similar background, possibly with account or project management experience, who is looking for a bit of a change. Or you could be a designer that wants to apply your skills to a more commercial and people-focused use.
