We are working with a fantastic design agency in the heart of London who work with a variety of clients within the property, hospitality and retail space sectors. You will be a key player in the creative team, collaborating with the Design Director and Digital Designer, but ultimately owning your own projects from pitch to production. It’s a varied role, so you’ll need to demonstrate solid experience in all aspects of agency work from concepting to delivery, as well as contributing excellent creative problem-solving to push the boundaries of briefs and pitches.
SKILLS AND PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
• Consistently delivering pixel-perfect design work across a wide range of print and digital media with exacting attention to detail and creative flair, overseen by the Design Director
• Research, idea generation, design, presenting and commissioning on projects
• Graphic design (typography, layout, art working and image-making)
• Digital design (website layout design, digital banners, interactive PDFs)
• Creating pitch presentations
• Producing brand guidelines
• Producing print ready artwork
• Solid understanding of the print process
• Liaising with printers, photographers and other external suppliers
• Keeping up-to-date with design trends, and sharing your insights with the team
Must-haves
• Confidence in your creative thinking and execution
• An excellent communicator and collaborator with clients and colleagues
• Experience working with property sector clients
• Well organised and able to stick to deadlines and budgets
• Naturally curious – happy to try new things and work outside your comfort zone
• Excellent skills across the Adobe Creative suite

• Illustration, animation, video or photography skills
• Experience with Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD or AfterEffects
