indu is fast-growing beauty start up is seeking a Creative Artworker to join our vibrant team in Paddington, London. We’re on the lookout for an individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creative design to contribute to our dynamic and growing brand.

Who We’re Looking For: We are in search of a Creative Artworker who will play a crucial role in bringing our brand to life across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be a university graduate, preferably with a background in Arts or Design, and possess at least 1 year of experience in designer/artworker roles. Proficiency in Adobe Suite, graphic design, photo cropping, file compression, and file management with additional experience or skills in motion graphics, video editing, and animation are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design artwork for digital, print, and production.
• Modify, edit, and resize files to meet specifications.
• Prepare assets for print/digital.
• Execute efficient file management.

Requirements:

• University graduate in Arts or Design.
• 1+ years of experience in designer/artworker roles.
• Proficient in Adobe Suite, graphic design, photo cropping, file compression, and file management.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, and animation.
• Exceptional communication skills for collaboration with designers, project managers, and technicians.
• Proactive, well-organized, and high attention to detail.
• Enthusiastic and confident, with a willingness to share creative ideas.
• Genuine interest in the creative sector, passion for branding, and design.
• Full rights to work in the UK.
