The speed read:

A successful tech-focussed content marketing agency requires an effective Resource Manager to coordinate the workflow of their award-winning creative team.

The facts:

You’ll be working in a pleasant studio in leafy Richmond with one of the most collaborative work cultures you’ll find.

The crux of the role is that you’re a problem solver who will know what’s going on with all studio projects. You’ll be reporting to the Operations Director and working alongside the Project Management team to traffic work through this busy studio.

You’ll help the team to keep projects within budget and running to time by managing daily stand-ups and allocating tasks, making sure that everyone knows what they are doing. You’ll be able to swiftly identify potential resource issues and take a business view on the use of freelancers (while helping to develop this network for future use). A lover of process, you’ll ensure that timesheets are up to date and be able to provide insights into best practice around project efficiencies, using data to produce supporting evidence. You will also lead the onboarding of new starters, so you’ll need to be welcoming and approachable.

You’re a clear communicator and have an organisational style that gives others the sense that they’re being looked after, but not controlled. You’ll develop and maintain excellent working relationships and use your influence to support the team, seeking win-win solutions. You’ll need to have agency experience, ideally within a digital environment, and an understanding of how creative work is outputted, even although you won’t necessarily be involved in it.

You’ll be:
– Currently working in a resourcing role and have at least 2-3 years’ experience
– Familiar with Mavenlink project software (ideally)
– Incredibly organised, a natural multitasker

Your superpower:

You’re highly collaborative and a confident decision maker.
