You’ll be a natural, proven leader who has worked in a senior strategy role in either a consultancy or an agency for at least part of your career. You may have some brand side experience too.

It is imperative that you have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and want to build something. You can talk corporate brand strategy and can persuade and compel, at the most senior level. You are also naturally collaborative and can bring people with you across disciplines and other consultancy offers.

Initially you will be leading a small team and dealing with interesting corporate branding opportunities and making sense of the agency offer. This will develop on to building a medium sized corporate branding consultancy.

This isn’t just about brand. You can consult with businesses on keeping/finding their competitive position and how brand can help them do this.

The client is keeping an open mind about level, so a range of profiles are being considered.

– From either a large or small established brand consultancy, but regardless, keen to get involved, create work and make things happen
– Good at upward management and navigation
