Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week (9 am – 5.30 pm)

The role

This role will support the dynamic growth plan in place by bringing further creativity, innovation and superb execution to accelerate our leadership position. The successful candidate will join a well-established in-house design team and will report to the Creative Design Lead.

Your key responsibilities

The Digital Graphic Designer is responsible for creating new dynamic ways to bring our corporate story, our sales proposition and our brands to life across a range of digital design solutions. A passionate and innovative approach is required with solid experience of a fast-moving environment to deliver:

Bringing to life design ideas and concepts across web, email, social media and digital advertising campaigns
Design of email marketing templates for both B2B and B2C markets
Design and upload of website content
Corporate website creative framework and monthly plan
Lead on asset creation for social media and digital advertising
Ad hoc tasks as required
Contribute to creative concepts for new product launches and campaigns
Stay ahead of digital trends and sharing new ideas to enhance the website and digital marketing
Key Experience & Qualifications Required

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a designer in either agency or a fast-paced sales and marketing organisation (FMCG) with knowledge of B2B and B2C design
Expert in Apple Mac systems and the Creative Suite Program (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
Microsoft office especially PowerPoint expertise
Basic understanding of HTML and CSS, and its limitations.
Experience of website CMS and email marketing software
Demonstrable skills to transform ideas into solid creative solutions.
Knowledge of video editing an advantage
Work well under pressure
Excellent writing and communication planning skills, the ability to spot and lead on an emerging design or communications trend with a clear plan of delivery
An interest in product photography

Nice to have

Knowledge of print design and process would be advantageous
