The role

We have an exceptional opportunity for talented designers to join our multidisciplinary team of creatives to launch a luxury travel brand website. Our ambition is to deliver the very best editorial experience for some of the world’s most exclusive travellers. We are looking for junior creatives to join our growing team of content creators to deliver content that fulfils the project vision and aligns with the brand’s TOV.

As a junior designer, you will work closely with the Design Lead, other designers and copywriters. You will be responsible for curating content that will be used to populate the site and managing your workflow. It will be beneficial if you have worked with UX and content teams before.

You’ll have an education in design with a good understanding of core design principles with an eye for detail and talent for selecting imagery and curating beautiful content, be full of energy and enthusiasm and most importantly have empathy for the brand’s customers.

Responsibilities

Digital content design and curation
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure timely delivery of content
Bring a positive energy and attitude to the team
Develop a systematic approach to content curation and uploads
Provide regular progress updates
Engage with translation agency and other content writers/designers to audit and improve the user experience across the website

Skills

Have experience in working with a multidisciplinary team
Proactive mindset
Understanding of usability and/or UX principles and how they work when applied to a range of products
Can create outstanding, impactful copy & images for user interfaces on web and mobile
Are great at communicating with stakeholders to explain content design and processes clearly
Critical thinking; able to think strategically, ask the right questions and apply the right messaging
Superb attention to detail and organizational skills, including time management and prioritization; able to manage schedules and deadlines for multiple initiatives
Excellent writing skills and mastery of the English language; able to review content with a critical eye for alignment with strategy, voice & tone, style standards
