The Role:

FTC – Maternity Cover

A new channel to the brand, the App will focus on educating and entertaining the customer through video, written, live and shoppable content – the Digital Content Co-ordinator will be responsible for briefing and updating all of this content. Working alongside members of the Digital team you will support on creating a highly engaging customer experience on the App where a customer can come back, daily, to consume content most relevant to them.


  • Manage the day to day content of the Charlotte Tilbury App in all locales and languages
  • Be a superuser of the CMS platform in order to create, update and maintain all areas of the App with imagery, copy, video and events
  • Brief in all new creative content and App assets to support BAU trade initiatives, product refreshes, new product campaigns, brand news and activations
  • Co-ordinate the briefing and creation of new content series to ensure an ever evolving customer offering on the App, giving consumers a reason to return, daily
  • Assist in launching new digital experiences and functionalities, keeping the CT App as an industry leading, innovate platform
  • Support the Translation Coordinator in delivering localised content across the App

  • Educated to degree level
  • 2 years experience working in ecommerce and digital content – App experience a plus
  • Strong knowledge of CMS platforms with good ability to learn new platforms at speed
  • Strong interest in Digital and Ecommerce, with a focus on content
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, continually adapting environment with multiple moving projects and targets
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage own time is imperative
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
  • Genuine, patient, malleable, enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • Both creative and numerical
  • An innovative, limitless thinker and problem solver
  • Eager to learn and values continued self-development
