About the role

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with our Creative Director in bringing the brand to life, creating memorable brand moments and generating a unique brand identity across Paid Ads, Web Design, Email Marketing and Organic Social Media.
• Meta ads are the new Billboards. You will ideate and create engaging, scroll-stopping paid social assets.
• Work with the growth team to conceive of and design improvements to the website experience, including landing page design and general website UX improvements.
• You will be responsible for email design, including creating and updating templates for campaigns and flows.
• Design intelligent and sustainably-driven packaging and labelling solutions
• Generate ideas for offline media creation. You will develop print concepts from magazine ads to booklets to billboards, and everything in between.
• Working with the Creative and Brand team on concepts for upcoming photoshoots for both brand and performance marketing
• Working with a retoucher, you will assist the post production process of imagery

About you:

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our growing in-house team. This role will see you working on a variety of creative projects across the business. You will have a demonstrated passion for improving digital marketing creative, and have a keen eye for detail in all things digital marketing.

You are a graphic design and photography nerd with a library of personal references, an ability to follow the zeitgeist and an ability to hone in on your deep understanding of “brand” purpose and identity.At Rise & Fall we believe in disruption, innovation and the application of art and science to create the best concepts, ideas and content creation. You have the ability to create and bring to life beautiful ideas that get people to stop scrolling.

You are quick on your feet, full of ideas, solutions-oriented and collaborative in your approach. You will work alongside our Creative Director, the Digital Growth team and Organic Social team.

Specific Attributes:

• 2 + years experience in a similar role or working in an agency
• A creative mind with strong ideation skills who can communicate ideas clearly both visually and verbally
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Ability to work with and build on established brand guidelines.
• A Strong sense of design layout, attention to detail and well versed in beautiful typography and how to use it.
• A finger on the pulse. You can spot design trends and would know how to make them relevant to our brand
• Animation skills would be a strong advantage
• Ability to deliver to tight deadlines and effectively take on feedback throughout the design process
• Ability to work on multiple projects efficiently and simultaneously. You have excellent communication, collaboration and organisational skills
