We are looking for an exceptionally organised, pro-active person to oversee the daily management of our Shoreditch studio whilst project managing the busy creative workflow.

This is a new role which will see you working closely with our senior team and community of collaborators to build an own-able studio framework. Enabling us to continue delivering beautiful work for our clients in the luxury, hospitality, fashion and cultural sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

– Work closely with the senior team on a day-to-day basis to support the management of project delivery.

– Taking ownership and thinking strategically about resource planning and management across the studio, always with a holistic view of the workload.

– Creating and implementing project workflows – setting goals, expectations and deadlines, then adjusting accordingly to ensure a smooth process with on-time delivery.

– Allocating both internal and external resources to projects and maintain a network of creative freelancers.

– Always have a handle on budgets, timelines, and briefs to ensure that projects run smoothly.

– Match planned projects with resource availability and flag potential bottle necks.

– Owning timesheets and utilisation reporting.

– Preparing schedule and resource meetings.

– Be client facing regularly liaising with our clients production managers and wider brand teams.

– Day to day management of the studio environment ensuring high standards are maintained at all times, keep the studio ticking, managing facilities and suppliers.

– Organise and book team travel, transport and accommodation for business trips.

Skills and Requirements:

– Thorough understanding of the design process and experience of working with designers and clients in an agency or studio environment.

– Minimum 4-5 years experience in a small studio environment working across multiple clients and projects.

– Efficient, organised and exceptional attention to detail.

– Experience in the use of studio and client traffic management software such as Monday.com and Google workspace.

– The ability to keep calm under pressure, with a consistent, positive can-do attitude.

– Pro-active problem solver, providing solutions and welcoming new challenges.

– Collaborative and pragmatic, with an ability to plan ahead.

– Diplomatic and empathetic.

– Thrives on being at the heart of the team.

Exemplary communication skills are essential to this role to help maximise cohesion in the studio and ensure efficiency between the studio and our clients,

Initially a 6 x month freelance contract with a view to becoming permanent.
Minimum working 4 x days per week from our Shoreditch studio.
Flexibility for ad hoc remote working as and when required/suitable.
