Based in Bermondsey, the Involved Group includes the globally renowned and successful independent dance and electronic music labels Anjunabeats, Anjunadeep and the recently announced new label Reflections.

An exciting opportunity to join our Marketing team in London has arisen. Working under the direct supervision of our Head of Label Marketing, and overseen by our Head of Design, the successful candidate will be responsible for creating bespoke graphics and videos for the social media channels of our three thriving frontline music labels. DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Primary designer for our bespoke social media output across our three frontline brands; ensuring the design and brand consistency created by the Art Department is upheld across all mediums
  • Follow direct briefs from the Marketing team to create impactful bespoke content for our TikTok and Instagram channels, producing striking video edits, animated assets and graphics
  • Research, brainstorm and introduce new and exciting design and video ideas in line with the latest developments in the digital space
  • Oversee our content production days, including but not limited to our artists and merchandise photoshoots, promotion videos, livestreams and live events
  • Assist the Art Department with the development of promotional graphics and animations for our worldwide tours and events
  • Assisting in ad hoc duties

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is essential
  • Proven experience in video editing required, with a focus on motion graphics and animation
  • Proven experience in graphic design with the ability to execute a range of creative briefs
  • Strong typography and layout skills, including a knowledge of proper spelling and grammar
  • Strong understanding of digital formats and how people consume content via social media channels, especially short-form content on TikTok and Instagram
  • Religious attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Must be a team player, capable of working closely with others across all domains in order to achieve a united goal

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:

  • Be collaborative, able to ideate and construct ideas within a team-based creative environment
  • Be a highly creative and imaginative individual with a constant flow of fresh ideas
  • Keep up with social media trends, design formats and consumption trends in the digital world
  • Have a positive, hard-working “can-do” attitude, the ability to multitask on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver simple designs under tight deadlines
  • Be immersed within the music industry, and excited by the prospect of going to events, making new connections and learning more about what’s happening in the industry
  • Have a keen interest and knowledge of electronic music, preferably the Melodic House, Progressive House and Trance scenes
