Who you are:

We’re in search of an accomplished Creative Director to join the Chapel Family. You will be capable of leading a growing team, working on the delivery of a range of multifaceted projects primarily across digital channels, for some of the worlds biggest companies.

You must be able to concept and create original designs with your team that not only communicate our clients’ values, but also align with our ethos of pushing creative limits.

Brand and Creative Strategy comes naturally to you, and you have a proven knowledge of working as an AD or CD on set for campaigns. Animation and Motion design experience is essential, print know-how and mindset will be required from time to time, and event experience is beneficial.

As a Chapel team leader, you are not only at the top of your game, but you are also a team player. You should know how and when to lead and when to support your colleagues; As a company ambassador, you should also demonstrate a sensitivity towards client engagement. We’re looking for a candidate with at least 5 years’ experience within a content/design agency, or similar, and who is no stranger to working in a fast paced environment working to very tight deadlines whist retaining a calm head.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead on all creative projects, across both digital and print channels, from ideation to delivery

• Ensure delivery of ALL creative is on time and to a high standard

• Adept at delegating and getting the best out of your team, but also able to produce stunning creative if and when required

• Ensure the Creative Team is always resourced correctly

• You will already have a network of exceptional collaborators in a variety of fields

• Work cooperatively with a wider team of creatives

• Lead research to inform the production phase

• Understand and adhere to brand values/purpose/guidelines

• Ideation, Storyboarding, Strategy, Social, Branding, Motion Graphics and Event Collateral, (both physical and remote) are all key to the role

• Lead the production of pitch assets/documents

• Lead, support and contribute to Chapel’s creative progression

Key skills:

• Exceptional design skills with a meticulous eye for detail

• Highly adaptable when faced with challenging situations

• A natural ‘can do’ attitude and a supportive team player

• Fluency in all areas of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects & Premiere Pro

• Monday, Microsoft Office, Google, Slack and Keynote are all used internally and externally, working knowledge of all is essential

• A passion for and familiarity with art scene/culture/movements

• Confidence to present ideas clearly and concisely in/externally

• Ability to keep up with a dynamic and fast-moving environment
